Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and wife Judith Nathan Giuliani, who have filed for divorce, are now parting with their Palm Beach, FL, condo. The vacation retreat is on the market for $3.3 million.
After 15 years of marriage, the couple separated in 2018. “We will have to divide our properties in New York and Palm Beach,” Rudy said at the time.
The couple purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in 2010 for $1.4 million, according to real estate records. Then they had the 2,280-square-foot space completely renovated by a “top Palm Beach designer,” the listing notes.
The light-filled living area opens to an oversize balcony, which offers views from the fifth floor.

Updated in shades of mint green and pale blue, the remodeled kitchen features high-end appliances, including a wine fridge, as well as custom cabinetry.
The spacious master suite comes with a marble bath, sitting area, and walk-in closet. Other touches include custom millwork, recessed lighting, tray ceilings, crown moldings, and built-in shelving.
The pet-friendly, full-service building is located on the waterfront in a parklike setting. It is just blocks from shops, restaurants, art galleries, the beach, and boat docks.
Rudy served as New York City’s mayor from 1994 to 2001. Once known as “America’s Mayor” and named Time’s Person of the Year for his leadership after 9/11, the attorney now serves as one of President Donald Trump’s lawyers.
J. Ronnie Hasozbek-Garcia holds the listing.
