Rocker Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon Osbourne are letting go of their Hancock Park home, Architectural Digest reports.
The “Prince of Darkness” singer is asking $18 million for his light-filled space. Should the home go for full price, it will be one of the priciest sales ever in the L.A. neighborhood, according to the website Dirt. That deal would be a runner-up to TV mogul Shonda Rhimes‘ record sale of her $21 million home in Hancock Park.
The Osbournes picked up this Mediterranean villa in 2015 for around $12 million in an apparent off-market deal. The couple spruced it up inside and out. But now they’re apparently departing for the U.K., so they’re no longer in need of a Los Angeles address.
