Anne Heche Selling Her Lake Arrowhead Cabin for $1.05M

It may take more than “Six Days, Seven Nights” to complete a deal, but Anne Heche has placed her Lake Arrowhead, CA, home on the market for $1.05 million.

Built in 1956, the lakefront cabin last changed hands in 2013 for $899,000. Located about 1.5 hours from Los Angeles, the vacation getaway includes a huge deck, lake views, and numerous upgrades over the decades.

Measuring a petite 1,440 square feet, the vintage three-bedroom retreat includes an open floor plan, including a great room with the original rock fireplace. The dining area is adjacent to the compact galley kitchen, which includes a pass-through bar.

Also on the main floor, the master suite features sliding glass doors leading outside. An airy loft above the living space could be a guest bedroom or a bonus space.

The property also “comes with a single-slip dock in deep water,” says listing agent Kat DeLong, “and an amazing view.”

The boat dock includes a spacious lakeside patio, perfect for parties or simply enjoying time right on the water.

Improvements over the years have included new paint, renovated bathrooms, new flooring, and a huge deck off the living room.

A trail right below the property leads to the village, the local spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The actress is on a real estate roll. After she and partner James Tupper split up, the two put their Hancock Park–area home on the market for $3.95 million in May. The following month, the price was reduced to $3.7 million, where it sits today.

Heche launched her career playing dual roles in the soap opera “Another World,” and then rose to fame with films such as  “Donnie Brasco,” “Volcano,” and “Six Days, Seven Nights.” More recently, she has starred in TV shows “Hung” and “The Brave.”
