Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo List Pacific Palisades Property for $57.5M

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and supermodel Behati Prinsloo are letting go of their posh Pacific Palisades, CA, estate, according to the website Dirt. They’re asking a whopping $57,500,000 for the 3-acre spread.

The power couple had picked up the home from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $31,950,000 in 2018. While it was a hefty price to pay, it was a 29% discount from the $45 million Affleck and Garner initially sought.

The property comes with additional Hollywood history. Previous owners included actor Gregory Peck and producer Brian Grazer.

Garner and Affleck significantly expanded and renovated the property, which includes a swimming pool, basketball court, and movie room.

There’s also a separate guesthouse, where Affleck famously decamped after he and Garner announced their divorce in 2015. (Affleck has since moved on to reportedly purchase a Bel-Air mansion with Jennifer Lopez.)

Melodious mansion

“The Voice” judge and Victoria’s Secret model added their own touches to the home, which was featured in Architectural Digest in 2021.

The couple’s extensive art collection covers the walls, and Levine built a recording studio. A separate building on the property was used as a yoga room, gym, and office.

“The COVID lockdown made us especially grateful to have this place. In a world where nothing ever seems to be enough, our home feels like a genuine unicorn, our perfect sanctuary,” Levine told the magazine.

Built in 1940 by architect Cliff May, the property now offers three separate buildings. The 9,000-square-foot main residence comes with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Design details include plaster walls, abundant natural light, wood floors, and steel doors and windows. Those windows offer vistas of the gardens, lawns, outdoor kitchen, and pool.

Other highlights include a Dolby Digital theater, a bar, and a formal dining room.

The primary suite boasts jaw-dropping walk-in closets, a bath with a double shower, and a dressing area.

Ritzy real estate

If the home sells for near the asking price, Levine and Prinsloo will be walking away with a huge profit. In addition to having “moves like Jagger,” Levine has some serious real estate instincts.

He and Prinsloo quickly flipped a Montecito mansion for a hefty 25% profit in 2021.

The pair had also snapped up a Beverly Hills abode in 2018 for $34 million. After refreshing the home, they sold it to fellow luxury real estate aficionado Ellen DeGeneres in 2019, for $45 million.
